Features Maria Concetta Gallo

Maria Concetta (aka Marico) Gallo was born in Benevento on 5 November 1970.
She graduated in Literature from the "La Sapienza" Faculty of Letters and Philosophy in Rome, with a thesis on Ungarettis poetry.
Currently, he teaches successfully at the “Oddo Bernacchia” secondary school in Termoli, the city where he lives.
Passionate about poetry, despite her reserved nature, she distinguished herself by participating in various local competitions, placing first.
In order not to leave his poems annotated and dispersed on various notebooks, sheets of paper, diaries, notebooks...
in 2015, he collected the most significant ones in Notte dAlba, drawing a true journey of the soul: from the depths of the night to the light of Sunrise.
This is also thanks to the support of the artist Romeo Iurescia, who gave shape to a paperback, writing a beautiful preface; but, due to the authors shy nature, it was never published nor adequately publicized.
